Open Question: Is there any kind of funding available for the purchase of a CPAP machine?

My husband had severe obstructive sleep apnea requires a ventilator use. We are in Western Australia, Perth, would like to know whether there were any funds for the purchase of these machines can be in kind. One is to allow him to look at around 1,500 U.S. dollars mark. It has never been more expensive to buy one than it employed and I have been with the medical examination, they do not have any such thing. If anyone knows, please point me in the right direction.
